Donate to the Jill Roe Prize Fund

The Jill Roe Prize was established by the AHA in 2012 to honour Professor Emerita Jill Roe, an eminent Australian historian based at Macquarie University, whose contribution to the writing, teaching and public communication of history in Australia and abroad was highly significant. It is awarded annually for the best unpublished article-length work of historical research in any area of historical enquiry produced by a postgraduate student. Following Jill Roe’s death in January 2017, the AHA would like to offer members the opportunity to donate to the prize fund in Jill’s memory and help ensure the prize, and Jill’s legacy, continues.

Donations can be made during the online registration process.
